The Junior Leadership Bootcamp is constantly creating new motivating Team Building classes to develop your team and tighten team spirit, as well as improve communication within the team, stimulate collaboration, increase trust amongst members of the team, motivate and improve team synergy, encourage team strategy, increase team productivity and efficiency, and encourage sharing of a common vision.

Physical Fitness


Junior Leadership Boot Camp is a high energy, fun filled exercise class for kids. This class strives to increase the overall health and fitness level of children in a fun, positive, and motivating environment by utilizing obstacle courses, fitness games, partner activities, body weight exercises, resistance bands, circuits and more.

Leadership


JLBC - Junior Leadership Bootcamp classes can help your kid step out of their comfort zone and improve public speaking skills. By learning how to speak dialogues in front of an audience, your kid not only improves their public speaking skills, but they also learn how to handle a public situations in which they say the wrong thing. Practical application training helps kids find their voice and leadership style by acting out leadership roles in a class setting.

Hi, I’m Kirk Carlson


I am excited to teach a Junior Leadership Boot Camp class through a Christian perspective. I am a United States Marine retired as an Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter. I have a personal trainer certification and love to help people achieve their goals. I love teaching fitness and am a continuous learner, spending much of my free time watching fitness videos and putting together workout routines. My hope is that I have the same impact on your students and they, too, will gain an appreciation for fitness.
